It's our second annual Winona Gravel event, and we're going public! After last year's fantastic "friends and family" ride, we're excited to open the event up to the public. Join us for a summer ride near Twin Lakes, Nisula, Hazel Swamp, and Alston area.
The Barber Shop? It's one of the last remaining buildings in the former mining town of Winona, Michigan, once home to 1,000+ people. It's also home base for Winona Gravel.
Route files for the 35 and 50 mile rides will be shared soon. The course is not marked, so make sure to download those GPS files or ride with a buddy who has them!
Both 35 and 50 mi routes will start and finish at The Barber Shop in Winona and have a 10AM start time.
Starting at noon we'll have foods - smoked and grilled meats and a big 'ol spread of other stuff.
Limited camping spots on the property are first come, first served. Cabins available nearby at Boondocks and Krupps.
Don't ride bikes? Come hang and eat!

Celebrate the Oldest Bike Shop in WI Turning 130!
Join the crew at Smith's Bike Shop on Saturday, July 19th for the bike celebration of the summer. For the intrepid explorers there are 130 mile and 130 km bike rides, plus a fun 40 mile option. There will also be fun family activities, as we close down the street, plus live music and food trucks in the evening.
