City of Lakes Fat Bike Loppet

The City of Lakes Fat Bike Loppet offers riders a rare chance to pedal the groomed ski trails of Theodore Wirth Park, terrain usually reserved for skiers.

The signature Fat Bike Loppet is a roughly 30K point-to-point race that follows much of the same course as the Loppet skiers, blending fast parkways with wooded singletrack.

Sunday’s lineup also includes the 18K Fat Bike Puoli Loppet and the 9K Fat Bike Tour, both finishing in front of The Trailhead.

Riders of all ages and abilities can take on the challenge of this unique urban-meets-nature course through the heart of Minneapolis.
